Pickup Policy
Clear pickup expectations for reserves, release orders, and local follow-up
This page is written to reduce confusion before it happens. It explains how long holds remain active, how release-week orders are handled, and what customers should expect from the store.
Pickup notifications
Orders move into a ready state only after the store has staged them. Customers should wait for the pickup-ready notice rather than assuming the order is immediately available.
Hold windows
Standard pickup holds are typically honored for a short store-defined window, especially on high-demand product. Release-day items may use tighter windows to keep allocations fair.
Identity and confirmation
Customers should bring the order confirmation email or their account order page when picking up. Guest checkouts keep a dedicated order link for the same reason.
Release-week fairness
Limited drops and queue-managed products may be staged in waves. Approval, pickup timing, and follow-up communication stay visible in the customer order or preorder history.
Need to change fulfillment?
Pickup and shipping both live under the same order history. If a customer needs a change after ordering, the support team should update the order timeline so expectations stay accurate.
